You know, I'm kind of into this comparison. Both are these mysterious, wise, often elusive teacher figures, with students who are singular and special (us or Harry--whichever) striving to be close to them. I dig it. Do you think we should write Anton an official torture note, asking him to grow a long beard, start wearing rings and a wizard gown, and learn some magic?

In my estimation, no. But isn't that guy dead? I mean, don't tell me. Anton isn't dead, is he? OH GOD WHAT DON'T I KNOW ABOUT WAIT DON'T TELL ME !
